हिमाचल प्रदेश में पुलिस भर्ती पेपर लीक मामले को लेकर विपक्ष लगातार सरकार पर हमलावर है सरकार द्वारा इसकी जांच एसआईटी से जारी रखने और प्रिंटिंग प्रेस से पेपर लीक होने के एसआईटी के दावे पर विपक्ष ने सवाल खड़े कर दिए हैं साथ ही सरकार पर विपक्ष ने इस मामले को रफा-दफा करने के आरोप लगाए हैं नेता प्रतिपक्ष मुकेश अग्निहोत्री ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री जयराम ठाकुर ने पुलिस भर्ती पेपर लीक मामला सीबीआई को देने की बात कही थी लेकिन अभी तक यह मामला सीबीआई को नहीं दिया गया । मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रदेश की जनता के साथ धोखा और फरेब किया है । मुख्यमंत्री ने काफी दिनों पहले इस मामले की जांच सीबीआई को सौंपने का ऐलान किया था लेकिन इतने दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी सीबीआई पुलिस की जांच में नहीं सौंपी गई और एसआईटी से ही जांच करवाई जा रही है सरकार इस मामले की क्लोजर रिपोर्ट बनाकर मामले को दबाने की कोशिश कर रही है लेकिन यह मामला ऐसे ही खत्म होने वाला नहीं है इसमें सरकार से लेकर पुलिस हेड क्वार्टर तक शामिल है बीते दिन एसआईटी द्वारा इसके किंगपिन को गिरफ्तार करने और प्रिंटिंग प्रेस से पेपर लीक होने का दावा किया गया लेकिन सरकार यह बताए कि पेपर किसने सेट किया था और पेपर प्रिंटिंग प्रेस तक कौन लेकर गया यह जिम्मेदारी किसकी बनती थी और यह पेपर ऐसे लीक हो गया । इसकी पूरी जिम्मेवारी पुलिस अधिकारियों की थी लेकिन सरकार ने इसकी जांच के लिए भी पुलिस अधिकारी ही लगाए गए और पुलिस अधिकारी उन लोगों को गिरफ्तार कर रही है जिन्होंने पेपर खरीदा है जबकि विपक्ष लगातार यह सवाल पूछ रहा है कि यह पेपर किसके द्वारा बेचा गया है यह करोड़ों का नहीं बल्कि अरबों का स्कैंडल है अब तक पुलिस के अधिकारी क्यो नही गिरफ्तार किया गया । होम डिपार्टमेंट मुख्यमंत्री के पास है ऐसे में मुख्यमंत्री को अपने पद से इस्तीफा देना चाहिए था लेकिन उन्होंने इस्तीफा नहीं दिया। मुख्यमंत्री ने सीबीआई को मामला देने की बात कर दी लेकिन इतने दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी यह मामला सीबीआई को ना देकर एसआईटी से ही जहां से जारी रखी गई जिससे साफ जाहिर होता है कि सरकार अब इस मामले को रफा-दफा करने के चक्कर में है लेकिन यह मामला इतनी आसानी से दबने वाला नहीं है कांग्रेस आज बैठक कर रही हो और उसमें इसको रणनीति तैयार की जाएगी और प्रदेश के 2 लाख युवाओं की हक की लड़ाई कांग्रेस लड़ेगी। ओर सरकार जिस तरह से एसआईटी से जांच करवा रही है उसको ना तो विपक्ष और ना ही प्रदेश की जनता मानेगी इस मामले की जांच सीबीआई से सरकार नहीं करवा सकती तो हाईकोर्ट के सेटिंग्स जज से इस मामले की जांच करवाई जाए
